DEDICATED TO MY MOTHER
My mothers’ different, she’s one of a kind.
Her unquestionable love in no one else could I find.
She’s different; she’s humble, caring and sweet.
She’s the perfect woman ever man wants to meet.
She understands when no one else would
She’s give me the world if only she could.
My mother is special; she’s a handful of gold.
Lovely and precious, worthful and bold.
She doesn’t yell nor hit you with a pole.
She speaks simple words that will humble your soul.
When she scolds, you’ll understand…
That to grow and develop, you have to learn to be a man.
I’m not sure she knows it but she’s taught me so much
Moral and values and thins as such.
Any praise and compliments that I might receive
Should go to the ones from whom once I was conceived.
My mother’s a part of a couple so dear
She’s a part of me that’s forever near.
I watch her and marvel at the woman she is,
And know for a fact she’s a daughter of His.
Dear Father in heaven, a daughter you have
Who’s given her children all which she has.
Oh how proud you should be to have such a child
A woman, who’s humble, loving and mild.
That woman’s my mother and how thankful I am
That to me you have given the most precious of gems….
